Drugged and kidnapped from her parents at the Bangkok airport, English teen Gemma wakes to find herself in the weirdly beautiful but desolate Australian outback. STOCKHOLM SYNDROME, my thoughts exactly. i so wanna pity him, but what he did was indeed wrong. The ending was enough for me. And i love how dangerous and beautiful the landscape and the captor can be at the same time, and at how thick the anticipation and the tension is in the book.
